Hype Williams is a New York-born music video director. He has worked with just about every big name in Hip-Hop, Pop and RnB, think Jay-Z, Beyonce, Nas, Busta Rhymes, Kanye West just to name a few. His influence on music videos as a genre is huge, as younger directors have started to adopt a few of his ideas and expand on them in their own work.
